python - OOWrite is to LaTeX as OODraw is to? -

I am looking for a tool to generate a single page PDF well. My needs are:

• PDF / EPS / ... to enable background as
• Full position
• Define table, list Capable
• Rotate blocks
• Appropriately easy syntax (Automatically will be used to create many similar-looking documents)
< Li> Easily usable with Python
• Free or Very Cheap

In short I Looking for tool x for oodra / coral draw / / ... because latex is in oreite / MS Word.

I have seen WebKit 2 PDF and a Headless Oodra, but both of them seem a bit overkill. XML-FO has some limitations such as not being able to predict how many pages your documents are in.
