The specific components / patterns I see are two ("included gear" and "excluded gear") which represent items / exclusions from a set. I'm not really looking for name WPF (if any), but it can be helpful.
I am looking for the name of this thing, if any, and if you really want to make your day, then you should let me in these deals in a browser One can point out to a jQuery or YUI method of creating one.
I do not think there is an "official" name, usually called "double list" Or ... Even in general "this thing says that you have two boxes and you can move things between".
