ReSharper: 'Name' attribute is not allowed here; use 'x:Name' instead in XAML -

Complain about my XAM with some error in the restaurant:

'name' The feature is not allowed here because the 'flashingtextblock' type has been applied in the same project. Instead use 'x: name'

What's the problem here? Should i say this
