xampp - localhost problem internet explorer -

I have installed xampp 1.7.3. When I type Internet Explorer in the address bar, it shows that 'page can not be displayed'. But this does not cause any problems for Firefox and the XMP index shows the FP page.

How can I solve this problem now?
