I am editing XML file with Eclipse IDE and need to input paragraphs of text. It does not seem that eclipse has a line-wrap feature, though. Does anyone know whether it does or does it have any plugin?

It is not very clear how to control the Eclipse line width and line wrapping in your Java source files. How and where it is:
Comment Width and Line Wrapping Preferences-> Java-> Code style-> Former is set in , then click on the Edit button and select Comments tab I like the line width 120 for comments.
Enter the code line wrapping to the preferences-> java-> Code is set in Style-> FormFor , then click on the Edit button and select the Line wrapping tab. I like the width of one row of 120 and the indented size of 4.
Indentation is specified for preferences-> java-> Code is set separately in style-> formfire , then click on the edit button and select the Indentation tab I like the size of an indent of 4 correspond to line wrapping indent setting.
As this is not enough, you can change the printer margin, tab size, etc., to preferences> normal> gt; Editors & gt; Text editors can set in , where I display width up to 4 and print margin columns to 120 or more
You print on the printer margin column to get an unconscious vertical row Print can also check the margin box
