Also, as far as I can see the WCF is much higher than the SOAP and seems rather than targeting the RAST. Rather it is not that Microsoft and SN are hiding the fact that they have made a mistake about the complexity of the huge soap and now accept it openly and to make it the second wall of complexity from above to the new with WSIT and WCF
