I'm thinking that there is no way to include an arbitrary email address to :, From:, as CC : Or BCC: Are there areas of email send activity? It appears that they should be contacted in the CRM.
I ask this because I know CC is not a related group email (no real user email related ... there is something like support@mycompany.com ... though this is not exactly the queue). I am worried that if I am creating a CRM user for this email, then when I go to the production, I will have to change all the workflow to point to the CRM unit on the output box using this email (value Take care that GUID has been saved

I'm not sure If I have not raised my question properly:
You have a workflow Do you want to create a matching mail activity? Would you like to set one address fields (per, from:, CC :) to a plain mail address such as 'foo@bar.org'?
This is possible if
- You enter the mail address by hand (do not use field assistant)
- You have configured that send an e-mail to the unresolved recipients You are allowed to go.
View Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> E-Mail tab - You can create another workflow Do not want to set up an e-mail address with the step
