css - IE7 maddeningly displaying columns under a div instead of over it -


If you see this page in IE7, then light purple headers ("Spotlights", "SerenityPeople Projects", "Marion Institute Blog") are hidden under the dark purple band?

My fingers hurt until I did firebags, but I could not understand it. The column divs are written after the block div, so they should be displayed at the top, not helping to think about the zinc index, even when setting the column for the block position and the relative.
