WCF 3.0 Service Contract method will return 992 rows but not 993 rows. 50 column observable collection -

When I try to run it from your test console application ... when the error is HTTP response error Hui - -. This could be due to the service endpoint due to not using the HTTP protocol. This can be canceled by the server because of an HTTP request reference (possibly due to the service being stopped). See server log for more information.

When I try to run it from my silver application, it pops up a login box.
