I have lots recently. I am interviewing NET programmers and I have not got anybody who knows what is sensible or what is in use. Is it really unfair that anyone with 4-6 years of experience should know this?
No, sorry. If they do not know IDisposable , they do not understand lifelong life in NetBot, so it is safe to believe that they do not know how GC Works for a person who experiences 4-6 years, either a "drag and drop" developer, or a liar. Either way, no rent.
