java - Better product to develop for, iPad or Android based tablet in a purely business related application -
Just think of what you think as the best platform to develop professional applications for a tablet device.
The app must be multitatch, access to a map API, a database on the device.
This app is not going to sell in stores or in the Android market, it is purely for specific business work, not for the general consumer.
Obviously that option is the iPhone OS and iPad or Android and an Android tablet device. For the end product, there is something needed in the field of 8-inch + screen and sufficient processing power for the form factor, which provides a good experience for the end user.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What specific Android tablet do you have? I have heard many rumors and announcements, but I've never kept it in my own hands - have anybody reached it yet? After selecting one or a few possibilities, then you can discuss the processing power and such a way.
Both OS are definitely good, but you can not compare screen sizes, processing power, battery life, etc. without specific hardware products to compare! The purchase price of the HW is not likely to be a problem in the enterprise context, where the cost of the application is likely to be high, because many (mostly consumer-oriented) applications are available, the deployment should be easy on Android, but I do not think it There is a killer problem.
If you have strong priorities for Java vs. OBJC, which will definitely suggest Android, and vice versa. But it is very theoretical until you have specific tablet HW, which you can use and test for android.
