collections - Explaining verity index and document search limits -

Currently, we currently have CF 8 Standard Edition server, which has some limitations around Veracity indexing near Verity Server The following documents are search bounds (limitations are for all archives registered on the Verity server): - 10,000 documents for ColdFusion developer version - 125,000 documents for ColdFusion Standard Edition - 250,000 Document Coldfusion Enterprise Edition

Now we will go to that stage Is greater than the Unc where 125k indexes in a large number of servers, however, the larger truth almost 25k document collection (and is expected to grow). Only one collection is ever searched at once, in my understanding, it means that I can still find a complete collection with no restrictions. is this correct? Or does it mean that only documents were indexed in all the collections before reaching the limit, can actually be searched?

We are considering this as a solution to go to the CF 9 standard and to use the Solar solution, which has no restrictions. Some differences between Verity and Solr were highlighted, however, before we upgrade, we are trying to gain a clear understanding of this before upgrading.

Does anyone give me a clear explanation of what it means and how it really affects the truthful search and indexing

I understand that only the first N (the limit of your version) is searched.
