web applications - Create and access folder outside Apache Tomcat webapps folder -

My web application needs functionality, where end users can upload content, which can be downloaded later If you create such a folder as part of your web project under WebEp, then every time I send your web application (* .war) to I'll implement that Deshika content will be lost (or override).

I think the best way to accomplish this is to create a folder outside the standard TOKamet webpage and access it from there, not sure how to do it. Please point in the right direction.

I am using Tomcat 4.x which will soon be going to 6.x.

Create a folder in some location on your system and create that folder Add to your squarespace This can solve your problem. You have to store and withdraw from this folder on runtime.
