silverlight 4.0 - Time out Exception whiling accesing web service(wcf) -

I've written a webservcie, it works fine. But for some time I am getting this message that Time Exestation was rejected

How can I extend the time to reach the webservice for the application Also need to set up the settings.

Please tell me if anyone knows the silence for it
