Are there built-in issue tracking and task management in IDEs that integrate into SourceForge, Google Code, etc? -

This question may not be related to programming properly, but it is about development. I am trying to find IDE that supports JDI / Bugzilla so that I can integrate the IDE with SourceForge. I do not like refreshing my browser to see issues, bug reports, security issues, etc. I want to solve the issues, solve the right issues with IDE. I am currently developing with NetBusiness, but there is no way to integrate me into any service provided by SourceForce. Am i missing something
