I want to keep a unique image (1x1) on my client's e-mail marketing (not spam) just www.spypig Like .com, I want to use it to know how many people actually read e-mails. I think I have to check how many times this unique image has been delivered, but I do not understand how to do it.

So my question is: is there a way to see how many people were using an image file while using ASP.NET / C #?
