excel - How to load axspreadsheet in Visual Studio 2005 or C# Express 2008 -

I have a 2007 office. From the VS2005 / VC # 2008 toolbox, I tried to add a new item, Axis Spreadsheet Control, unfortunately I did not find it from the .NET Framework / COM context.

Any idea how to solve this problem? My main purpose is to load the XLS file to win.
