c# - How to create Web services and link it to Smart device Application? -

I am a new graduate and have rented to develop smart device applications. They use data logic memory with Windows CE 5.0.

Although I have novice skills in vb.net programming, I only complete applications for my project and data logic memoirs in which the data is saved in the text file or the SQL Compact Server database in the handheld device. Use Active Sync Connection to pass data in H / PC for Desktop PC and Voice Versa.
