I have just downloaded the Hoskel and Jammu mode of the Sourceforza, and I'm having trouble understanding how the interface Emacs 23. Google searches for detailed instructions for emacs 22, but it seems that changes have been made which make it difficult to find out where I should paste the source files. Internal documentation I currently have more experience with emacs internals at the present time, and this problem has opposed the solution for many days. Does anyone know how to run and run these methods?

1) I did not know that AMACS was invisible to the OSX finder but was visible through the terminal.
2) It never happened to me that I could modify .emacs while an example of emacs was going on
