iphone - i want to trigger a nib file when someone touch on an image -

I'm new to iPhone development .... I'm working on the game in which the user touches on one The image should then pop up a nib file on the screen, I am unable to generate that event, please help me to add a new file to the tibb event, as if the file pops onto the screen. So please give some sample code or any kind help
