emacs editing Rnw keep region highlighted when highlighting R chunk -


While editing an Rnw file in Emacs, I often want to cover this area in a portion of the text that has an R segment. For a simple example, 

  ewr

I use transient-sign-mode as highlighted on the area. But, if I put points on the first line and hit C-spank, then to take down the point of use of C-N, when I < & Lt; When I try to push the point, the highlighting disappears. The area that I want is still chosen, but ; & Lt ;; How can I fix this?

I think your - Scrolling down using below or C or m - The problem occurs when I describe you, but it goes away instead - n I think you should go to RBC C - below and then c - n can also use later lines in the previous lines.
