java - MyFaces vs. Sun's Reference Implementation - latter not free? -

Just a stupid initial question, which will be solved soon, but I'm curious.

Says:

"Mives - Free Java Server ™ Face implementation"

Error ... This is the implementation of the Sun Not free, then?

I think it can refer to MyFaces being free & amp; Open source software, the implementation of opposite (?) Sun JSF, even if the latter is "free as beer". But note that does not use such a post

Edit : As Poker explains in the comment (also referred to as JSF Reference To implement) is "independent of freedom" (using), therefore, it is not clear to some extent, where its slogan actually applies to "free Java server" . It probably does not matter too much: -)
