I was having problems A workflow was stopped because there is a problem with sending email (send email activity) Generally, This is simply resolved by starting the workflow. I'm thinking that there is a way to react to a workflow error, then the user knows that they need to go into the workflow and start over again.
I am thinking about the relative relation of a workflow that is trying to assign jobs to a user who is no longer present in the CRM or who has an invalid email address Whatever I believe, will be the cause of errors in workflows.
Any other suggestions related to this type will be welcomed if the problem is welcome.
Thank you!
My viewpoint can not be surrendered inside the CRM, because all the CRM process can be problematic (What if the workflow fails to monitor the other workflow?)
The way I did it already, it's a SQL query (which checks the workflow instance status) in a monitoring tool (Like with Nagoos) or you only have a small Send e-mail using SMTP, which can make passenger service.
