The company that I work for is Windows XP installed and under the group policy, I do not change desktop displays or themes I am able to Because the administrator has disabled the Appearance and Themes tab via the Group Policy Registry. I am looking for an application or Vb.net form which is capable of switching attendance and topics under the limited access XP account. Your help will be highly appreciated.
Just a hunch, but maybe you should not do so Your company's policy prohibits it ... This will also mean that except for the security features, which are not likely to be high-ups.
